Audio |
Local Tucson recording
studio. Lorraine has been there helping us get our music mastered
and
printed for each of our albums. She’s a great lady who’s willing
to
help out however she can. If you’re ever in Tucson and want to do
some
recording, she’ll take good care of you.

historical re-creation. They have been the best seller of our CDs
to
date. Go check out the many great things they have to offer.
|
AmberWyvern Studios
|
Bill
Bulman and AmberWyvern Studios assisted with the production of
Freedom’s Song. They had to relocate to Connecticut but hopefully
we’ll
see
them back in AZ before too long.

Master
Efenwealt and Maitresse Aenor began carrying our CDs at Pennsic War 35
(2006). Efenwealt is also a bard of some repute (known as the "No Holds
Bard") and a must-hear for anyone who has been in the SCA more than 6
months.
|
King's Taste
(website under construction)
|
Mistress Christianna heard us at Pennsic War 35 and
was kind enough to begin carrying our CDs. We wish her all the best!

Performance
Artists
|
Heather Dale
|
Heather’s voice is as
beautiful as she is. A very accomplished
singer/songwriter/instrumentalist who is complemented very well by her
touring companion, Ben Deschamps. They hail from Ontario, Canada
and
their music is an absolute must-hear for any fan of the Celtic music
genre. If you’re interested in learning about the independent
music
industry, she has written some great articles and posted them here.

Heather Alexander/
Uffington Horse
|
We met the members of
Uffington Horse at our first Las Vegas Renaissance Festival while
sharing the same stage. This is a high-energy Celtic-Rock group
that
will appeal to very large demographic…that, and some of us just have a
thing for spunky red-heads.
|
(True) Thomas Whitehart
|
Storyteller and fellow
performance junkie. True is one of those who has had a great
influence
in the SCA but, somehow, manages to get overlooked for his
accomplishments. He also does this gig professionally,
though. If you
get a chance to hear him, ask him to tell you about “mouth
music.” You
won’t be disappointed.
|
Rathflaed du Noir
|
Rathflaed has been
playing in the SCA and at Ren Faires for some time now and helped a
couple of us get started fyrewalking. You can get his 3rd CD in
our
store.

| Siler
& Clarc |
|
Jolly Rogers
|
Some of this whole thing
is their fault as we started out doing some of their arrangements at
SCA events just for fun. I first saw them when they were doing
the Az
Ren Faire years ago. They’re a lot of fun in person so if you get
a
chance to see them at faire, don’t miss it.
|
Danny O’Flaherty
|
The Celtic Balladeer.
An incredible musician (my wife & I got to listen to him for
4-hours during our 10th anniversary at the pub he used to run in New
Orleans) with a true passion for his music and his ancestral
homeland.
He still runs musical tours of Ireland every year which should prove to
be blast for anyone who wants to see the Emerald Isle and get to enjoy
the rich musical heritage firsthand at the same time. He is also
one
of the writers of “Angel Firemen” which he so graciously allowed to be
added to the Freedom’s Song CD.
|
The Corsettiers
|
Beautiful women, upbeat music, and…ahem, nicely cut bodices
make for a ribald good time.
|
| Black
Velvet Band |
All-woman ensemble doing traditional Celtic music.
These ladies are a hoot!
|
Wild Thyme
|
An upbeat Celtic band doing lots of traditional music you’ll
know and enjoy. Self-described as, “Celtic with a Kick”
|
Owaine Phyfe
|
Soloist with a voice
that must be heard to be believed. This man has got the
pipes! He has
also sung with a group called the “New World Renaissance Band.”
Check
him out.
|
Clan Tynker
|
One of the most phenomenal streetside variety acts
you will ever see. (They are really fun people to hang with after
hours as well!) Any chance you get to see them, don't miss out!
|
Wolgemut
|
Historically inspired music that will knock your Waffenfrocks off!
These guys are really good, and the only group I have ever seen get
away with stripping at a Royal Feast...
|
Graphic Artists
|
| Bridget
Wilde |
Where would we be
without our talented graphic artist who keeps making such cool covers
for our CDs? (not to mention being our webmistress) If you think the
cover art is good, you should check out the rest of
her art. WOW! One of the best anime artists out there (in
our humble
opinion) who’s hopefully going to make a big splash in manga soon. (We
knew her when…)

Firaxis
Studios
|
The studio that brought
you such incredible games as the Sid Meier: Civilization series and
Pirates. The Pirates game actually inspired some of our
songwriting
for The Recruiter and they were kind enough to allow us to use the
sound of their cannon shot for Devilish Mary (and the lone shot near
the end of Life of a Privateer).
